Workout meal plan for women

Here’s what I eat while I train for a half marathon. I kept the diet very simple and tried to include foods that are good for the gut and easily digestable. This meal plan includes animal products and meat so it’s not really vegan friendly. I am not an expert but this is just what I personally eat and I use chronometer to count all the nutrients I get from my meals.

 There are many things included in the snack section but obviously you can eat those at any time of the day. In Finland summer soup is very popular and this is the soup I also included into this meal plan. I also included  risotto, steak meal and wild caught salmon.

 If you are getting ready for a marathon or half marathon it’s also good to eat about 1,5h before the race. This could mean just couple of bananas. 

Very simple meals and many snacks!
4 eggs and fresh coconut water, 100g steak, 2 cups broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil, 10g seaweed, 6 kiwis, 2 cups papaya, 2 bananas, 56g avocado, 1 cup milk, 28g yogurt,(yogurt and milk can be used in a smoothie) 572g watermelon, 1 cup salmon, 56g rice, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup green beans.

Less snacks and meals that require some time to prepare. 
3 eggs, 170g mince, 84g rice, 80g peas, dash salt and pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 56g avocado, 6 kiwis, 2  cups papaya, 2 bananas, 1  cup cauliflower, 3 stalk spring onion, dash white pepper, dash salt, 1 cup dill, 2 small zucchinis, 1 cup milk+84g milk, 1 medium onion, 1 cup leeks. Normally summer soup also has carrots and potatoes.
