Top 10 Summer Juice Recipes


Why juicing is good for you? Different fruits have many different healing powers and overall you can be healthier when you consume more fruits. Eating fruits can be very filling since they are full of fiber and juicing makes it easier to consume bigger amounts of different fruits without getting full. Fruits can reduce your risk of getting cancer, remove toxins from your body, aid digestion and boost your immune system. You can also try juice fasting, give your body a break and use the time for healing or for example get your kidneys filtering. I have gathered my favorite summer juices for you to try this summer.
This passion fruit juice is very simple. You’ll need two ingredients: passion fruits and water. Some passion fruits can be very bitter so you need only 1/2 passion fruit juice and 1/2 water to create this juice. 

Hydrating watermelon juice. You’ll need one pack of strawberries, couple oranges and quarter of a watermelon. Very hydrating and yummy red drink for summer!

Pomegranate juice with lime. This is one of the first juices I started with when I got my first juicer. Put the pomegranate pieces under water when you are scraping all the seeds out. This way you won’t make a mess and they come out more easily. 

Refreshing mixture of mint, apples and oranges! You’ll need about 3 apples, 3 oranges and bunch of mint (depending on how big your oranges and apples are). This is literally the best tasting green juice I have ever had.

Sweet mango, strawberry, pineapple juice. All my favorite fruits and berries in one drink. very sweet and yummy. Notice that mangoes won’t give you a lot of juice.

This orange vegetable juice has 4 carrots, 3 apples, 1 cucumber and 1-2 oranges. It’s very filling, beautiful in color and has a unique flavour. 

If you’d like some spiciness try this juice. All you need is a small thumb of ginger, couple limes and 1 pineapple.

Create another refreshing juice with half a honeydew melon, handful of mint, 1/2 lemon and 2-3 green apples.

Blood orange juice with 4 different ingredients: 3 blood oranges, 1/2 pineapple, pack of strawberries and 2-3 apples. Blood oranges have been said to improve cardiovascular health and protect you from UV cell damage. They are also rich in Vitamin-C.

Last but not least we have grape juice. You can mix apples with red grapes or have plain grape juice. This is a perfect juice for everyone with a sweet tooth.
