Isn’t it nice to have ice Cream with your friend and family on a hot summer day? The only problem is that there are not many healthy ice cream products out there that are good for you. Almost everything stores sell are full of sugar or other unhealthy ingredients. Making your own ice cream doesn’t have to be complicated. These Nice Cream recipes are very simple and they are fully raw vegan recipes. To create a creamy consistency you need couple of key ingredients: frozen bananas, mangoes or coconut milk. I only use coconut milk to replace banana since there are people who cannot eat banana. Some people also use avocado but I personally prefer bananas or coconut milk (the creamy part of it). Mango works well with bananas and coconut milk since it doesn’t have that much juice in it.
I hope this will encourage you into healthier lifestyle. These nice cream bowls are sweet so they work well as a dessert and they can help you with your sugar cravings. Instead of eating chocolate or candy you’ll end up enjoying a healthy, sweet vitamin bomb and you’ll feel good afterwards! I for sure know how bad it can feel after eating too much candy. I didn’t used to notice when I got pain after eating until I started focusing on that. I realized quickly how often unhealthy food made my stomach hurt. Many times we don’t really care about the pain but pain is a way for our bodies to tell us something is wrong. I think we should stop taking it lightly and cherish our health and bodies more.
This first recipe is the same I used in the first picture you saw on the top of this page. Put in your blender:
-2 frozen bananas
-1 cup frozen mango
-1/2 cup frozen pink pitaya
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-1/3 cup fresh coconut water
I blended for about a minute and decorated the bowl with dragon fruit, mint, strawberries and coconut flakes. Very nice with the coconut flakes! That will also raise the amount of calories of the dish pretty quickly.
For all the coffee addicts blend together:
-3 frozen bananas
-1/4 cup coconut milk
-1 tsp (or more) vanilla
-1 tbsp ground coffee beans
-1/3 tsp (or more) Cardemom, nutmeg and cinnamon.
You can add more according to your own taste. This definitely tastes like a very sweet coffee bomb.
For this orange sunset you’ll need:
-1/4 cup frozen raspberries
-1 frozen banana
-1 and 1/2 cup frozen mango
-1/4 cup fresh coconut water.
I decorated this with one of my favorite fruits: golden kiwi and some coconut flakes. Golden kiwi tastes like candy to be honest! Love this dessert.
This yummy yellow nice cream bowl is refreshing and sweet:
-1 cup frozen mango
-1 cup frozen pineapple
-1 frozen banana
-1 tbsp of lemon juice
-1 tbsp water to help it blend
On top of this I have some coconut flakes, kiwi and mango slices. Yummy!
If you really enjoy raspberries then try this:
-1 frozen banana
-1 and 1/2 cup frozen mango
-1/2 frozen raspberries
-1/4 cup coconut water
This definitely tastes like a bowl of sweet raspberries. This bowl has about 300 cal just like many of the other ones. Only the coconut milk can really make the amount of calories rise easily closer to 500cal.
This is a vanilla bomb:
1. Mixture
-3 frozen bananas
-1-2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 cup coconut water
2. Mixture
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-1/2 cup coconut water
This is a green spirulina bowl:
-1tsp spirulina powder
-1 cup frozen mango
-1 frozen banana
-1/4 cup coconut water
This is a very simple pink pitaya nice cream:
-3 frozen bananas
-1/2 cups of frozen pink pitaya
-1/4 cups of coconut water
Last but not least we have two nice cream recipes without any banana:
-2 cups frozen mango
-1 cup frozen pineapple
-half a can organic coconut milk
-1/4 cup coconut water
I topped mine with pineapple, kiwi, passion fruit and coconut flakes.
Alright so the last one in our list is a no-banana pink nice cream. For this creamy nice cream you’ll need:
-2 cups frozen mango
-half a can coconut milk
-1/2 cup frozen pink pitaya
-1/2 cup frozen raspberry
-1/4 coconut water
Welcome to my blog! I write about healthy diets, weightloss and money tips. I have struggled for years to lose weight and tried many different diets. When I finally decided to focus more on my health than just wanting to lose weight I started losing weight naturally. It was a full lifestyle change. One key point through this transformation was basically going on a paleo diet. You might want to check out Dr. William Davis.
As a person who moved to a different country I know how hard it can be to get a decent job. I wanted to include different money tricks and tips on my blog to help people who have ended up in similar situations.
I write two blogs and you can check out my other website at castleandbeauty.com .
