Easy and Healthy Dessert recipes

I gathered some delicious and healthy recipes that are all guilt free and delicious! These are some of the most popular desserts that have gotten much love. It is totally OK to eat some sweets from time to time because there are so many healthy dessert recipes out there. These are all vegan and paleo recipes.

Sweets are great from time to time and these healthy recipes are not only healthy but good for you!

This raw vegan chocolate pudding is so delicious! Believe me. Blend together: 1 Avocado, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp honey and 1 tsp vanilla.

Banana chocolate nice cream. There is a variety of nice cream recipes and you can find more here. This particular recipe goes like this: Blend together 3 frozen bananas, 1/4 plant based milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 2 Tbsp cocoa powder.

Baked apple slices recipe here. You’ll find this recipe is extremely easy and you’ll end up with sugar cinnamon apple slices you could enjoy even with some nice cream! In case you don’t want to use white sugar try stevia.

Chocolate dipped strawberries. This is a 4 ingredient recipe. You can make your own chocolate dip at home with 1/2 cup coconut oil and 3 tbsp honey that you whishk together before you add 1 cup cocoa powder. After well mixed and glossy take it off the heat and add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Start by placing your oil in a bowl that you have placed on top of boiling water. Mixture is ready when it’s well mixed and glossy. Dip your strawberries in and place in the freezer for the chocolate to harden.

Eggnog truffles. This is especially great for Christmas! Try the recipe of 12 truffles here. Very easy and plant based healthy recipe. You can also use the chocolate from the recipe above as the covering for these truffles.
