Top 10 Best healthy raw vegan & paleo dessert recipes

Before I got into a healthier lifestyle I didn’t even know that healthy food can actually taste good and you can make amazing desserts without sugar! I gathered some of my favorite dessert recipes that are good for paleo diet and raw vegan diet! So these are easy to make, no-bake desserts that will fill your sugar or chocolate cravings. The biggest problem with the sweets you can get from stores is that they usually have sugar in them when these homemade recipes use natural sweeteners like honey! Trust me you’ll most likely fall in love with these just like I did.

This is for one person but you can double this recipe if you want to share!

1 Avocado
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla

Make sure that the products you use don’t have anything extra added to them. The avocado will give that nice pudding texture and having this with coconut whip cream makes it super delicious.

Here’s the recipe for the coconut whip cream:

Chilled can of coconut milk (the hard part only)
Blend it with your mixer about a minute
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla

It’s a very simple dessert but so delicious with some strawberries!

Raw lime cheesecake! Start by soaking cashew nuts over night.

Put 72 g almonds, 40 g walnuts and 200g dates in a food processor. (this is the crust) You know it’s good when it’s sticky and it holds together. Add also a hint of salt.

411 g soaked cashews into blender
240 ml Coconut cream
80ml Liquid coconut oil
120ml honey or maple syrup
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 lemon
5 ml vanilla extract
Blend. If needed add some more coconut milk to help blend together.

After filling your cake pan cover it with plastic wrap and put into freezer for 4-6 h. See a video here.

No-bake brownies!

1 cup nuts (almond,walnuts)
6 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp salt
(blend in your food processor)
1 cup soft pitted dates (soak dry dates 10min in boiling hot water)
pulse these together and make the dough into a flat square on a baking paper.

On top:
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp honey
1/3 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cacao powder
Mix and put into fridge for 10 minutes until blending on top of your brownies. See the tutorial here.

This will fill your ice cream cravings.

-2 frozen bananas
-1 cup frozen mango
-1/2 cup frozen pink pitaya
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-1/3 cup fresh coconut water

I blended for about a minute and decorated the bowl with dragon fruit, mint, strawberries and coconut flakes. Very nice with the coconut flakes!

These are mango mini-cheesecakes.

270ml coconut cream
1 cup mango
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
pinch of turmeric

Use the same crust that was used in the lime cheesecake and freeze for 3 h. You can use coconut whip cream on top and some berries or fruits of your choice. See the tutorial here.

Very easy fruit juice popsicles. I like to use plain orange juice. These are specially great for hot summer days.

On this blueberry cheesecake you get to try another type of crust and cheesecake flavor.

2 cups walnuts
1 cup coconut shreds
10 dates
Vanilla extract
pinch of salt
(blend in your food processor)

2 cups soaked cashews
2 tbsp honey
Juice of 1 lemon
About a cup blueberries
1tsp vanilla
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Coconut milk (the hard part)
Blend about 5-10min.

Put this on your cake pan, cover with plastic wrap and put in your freezer for 2 hours. See the tutorial here.

Paleo apple crumble. This might not be a raw vegan dessert but still a great paleo & vegan recipe without artificial sugar. Check the tutorial here.

Looks like a normal chocolate pudding but it’s actually a chia seed pudding. This has a nice chocolate & cinnamon flavour.

1 tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp chia seeds
Soak the seeds in the liquid over night and serve with coconut cream and berries.

About Me:

Welcome to my blog! I write about healthy diets, weightloss and money tips. I have struggled for years to lose weight and tried many different diets. When I finally decided to focus more on my health than just wanting to lose weight I started losing weight naturally. It was a full lifestyle change. One key point through this transformation was basically going on a paleo diet. You might want to check out Dr. William Davis.

As a person who moved to a different country I know how hard it can be to get a decent job. I wanted to include different money tricks and tips on my blog to help people who have ended up in similar situations.
